During the last 15 years Adcocks has established a specialist property department dealing exclusively with Leasehold Reform Act work – a technical area of property law which includes residential lease extensions, collective enfranchisement claims (a right for long leaseholders to jointly purchase the freehold), the right to manage, ground rent investments, and work relating to the preservation or imposition of landlord and tenants rights for both houses and flats.
