The commercial property department has firmly established itself in Lichfield and West Bromwich and the surrounding areas as a provider of sound advice to both commercial Landlords and Tenants. The department has expanded greatly over the past few months due in part to the work we have done on behalf of both the Lichfield District and City Councils in the promotion of various local projects and initiatives.
Most recently, Adcocks has advised on the compulsory purchase of the City Wharf site, which is primed for redevelopment and regeneration. Mr Adcock, who has recently stepped down as President of Lichfield Chamber of Commerce, has forged alliances with local businesses and has a good understanding of the property market.
