Adcocks' Experience in Leasehold Reform Law recognised

Adcocks have recently been elected members of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP).
The firm which can trace its roots back to 1910 has specialised in this area of Law over the last 10 years and has acquied a reputation for acting for both landlords and tenants on the purchase and sale of flatted investments and ground rents.
The Firm's senior director Mark Adcock, said;
"I am delighted that we have been elected to membership of this organisation formed to represent the interests of property professionals specialising in this area of work. The new organisation will provide a support service to practitioners, represent their views and assist in promoting the work which we do."
Adcocks act for a variety of clients from large investment companies acquiring ground rents across the UK, to tenants experiencing difficulties with their own landlords.
