Adcocks Appointed Solicitors to Local Charity

The Trustees of the Beacon Centre for the Blind, a registered charity offering services to the blind and those with impaired sight, have recently appointed Adcocks Solicitors of West Bromwich and Lichfield as their new Lawyers.

The Beacon Centre for the Blind was established in 1875 and offers choice to over 3000 local visually impaired people providing residential care, day care and community services to those living in Wolverhampton, Dudley, Sandwell and Staffordshire.

David Bayliss who is a Director with Adcocks, responsible for its commercial property and corporate finance work, said “We are very pleased that after an appropriate appraisal process, the Trustees of the Beacon Centre for the Blind have chosen us to represent them. The core services, which Adcocks provide will cover the likely areas of support for the charity and Adcocks have acted for charities of all descriptions and sizes for many years. I am looking forward to working with the Trustees and to help them promote the work which they do, which is well known and respected over the Black Country”.

Mark Adcock, the firm’s senior Director, added that he thought Adcocks was a natural choice for the Trustees with its roots in the Black Country and that Adcocks would support the Beacon Centre wherever possible in their aims and objectives.
