**Star performer gets a training contract**
Shahnaz Sharif, who has spent the last three years helping make Adcocks' residential conveyancing division the success it is, has recently started a training contract with the practice.
Shahnaz, who is to spend the bulk of her time at the company's Lichfield office, was recently awarded The Talbots LPC Prize following a distinction from The Legal Practice Course. An outstanding achievement!
She is very keen to acquire the knowledge she will need to practise as a solicitor and Mel Ward, the firm's training officer, was delighted that she had chosen Adcocks' to achieve her recognition.
"Shaz has been a star. I am very pleased that she will be undertaking her training with us where we will be able to provide her with a sound understanding of our principal areas of work. I know that she will contribute to our success using her determination and tenacity." said Mel
