Adcocks' go LIMITED
After nearly 100 years of practice, Adcocks have announced that with effect from 1st June 2007 the business has been incorporated.
Adcocks can trace its roots back to 1910 when Leonard Hedley Adcock started in practice in West Bromwich. From those early days the business has evolved into a modern client-focused and well respected business.
David Bayliss who has been an associate at Adcocks since he joined the firm in October 2005, has been invited to join the new board.
David said that the time was just right for the business to incorporate. The culture in professional practices is changing and the trend is towards incorporation in line with other commercial businesses. The new trading medium will open opportunities for us to expand the business and involve other interests in line with the changes which will shortly be introduced by the Legal Services Bill.
Adcocks will shortly launch a new identity to emphasise the change and to follow through the philiosophy of the new entity.
